Children’s Haven is committed to sharing God’s love and the gospel story with the children and teens of
Worcester, Douglas and the Blackstone Valley area of Massachusetts. Our team is made up of people
committed to that mission. We believe that a relationship with Jesus Christ can change a life forever.
Our desire to see their lives transformed by Christ’s love and in turn, transform their families and community. In the summer, children and teens have an opportunity to attend Camp Chilaven, our summer camp located
in Douglas, where our staff is able to minister to them for a whole week at a time. During the school year,
children and teens in our program are able to “earn” their weeks at camp through participation in our after
school program. This ensures that every Haven child can afford to come to Camp Chilaven. Children in
grades 1-6 can earn up to 3 weeks of free summer camp and teens in grades 7-11 can earn up to 2 weeks of free summer camp.
